What happened

Thermobaby bath seats sold on Amazon have been recalled due to stability problems that can cause the seats to tip over, creating a drowning hazard for babies. The recalled product is the Aquababy Bath Ring seat designed for children five to ten months old, identifiable by its white plastic construction with blue, pink, or green trimming, four suction cups on the bottom, an oval-shaped arm rail with three spinning toys, and markings indicating "Thermobaby Z.I. De Kerbois," "Aquababy," and "Ref. 1953 Made in France" engraved on the underside.
