Target has recalled hand-held Air Misters that are designed to spray a mist for personal cooling. The devices are 8 inches tall with clear plastic cylinders and colored tops and bases available in black, blue, green, and pink. They hold 2 ounces of water at the "Fill" line and include a nylon carrying strap attached to the top, with use instructions printed in white lettering on the cylinder. The Air Misters can shatter during use, creating an injury hazard.
