Dream On Me is recalling all Bistro high chairs (model number 255) sold in blue or pink with polka-dot fabric and manufactured in July 2011. The openings between the tray and seat bottom and between the armrest and seat bottom can allow a child's body to pass through and become trapped at the neck, creating a strangulation hazard if the safety belt is not engaged. Additionally, exposed springs between the seat and armrest on both sides of the high chair can pinch a child.
Consumers who own a recalled high chair should immediately stop using it and contact Dream On Me Inc. for instructions on receiving a free replacement high chair.
