What happened

Samuel Lawrence Furniture has recalled Bordeaux Collection sleigh beds in full and twin sizes due to a hazard involving the hardware that holds the headboard and footboard. The hardware can loosen or detach, which poses a fall risk. The recalled beds have wooden headboards and footboards in cherry finish, along with two matching wooden side rails, and can be identified by model numbers 8070-242 and 8070-243 (full-size) or 8070-232 and 8070-233 (twin-size) printed on a white label on the back of the headboard and footboard.

If you have one of these recalled beds, you should immediately stop using it and contact Samuel Lawrence Furniture to obtain a free repair kit.
