The recalled bottles were sold in two sets: the Starter Set (model number 1005) containing one reusable bottle, and the Bottle Set (model number 1006) containing two reusable bottles. The plastic bottles come in one size with white or gray colored caps and bottoms, and the model numbers can be found printed on the bottom of the product box.
