Locker Brand is recalling the Rx Locker, an orange plastic medicine bottle storage container with a white top and metal combination lock. The recalled units, manufactured between May 2010 and December 2010, have a safety defect: the medicine container can open when pressure is applied to the latch even when locked, potentially allowing unauthorized access to medicine bottles inside. Affected containers can be identified by checking the production batch number on the bottom—recalled batches end with 052 010, 062 010, 082 010, or 122 010.
Consumers who own a recalled Rx Locker should immediately stop using the product and contact Locker Brand for a free return mailer. Once the product is returned, Locker Brand will provide a full refund.

The Rx Locker is a medicine bottle storage container. It is made of orange plastic with a white top resembling four pill containers. It has a metal, three-number combination lock on the front. Production batch numbers are printed on the bottom of the container. The recalled containers were manufactured between May 2010 to December 2010 and can be identified by the last six numbers in the production batch number. Recalled batch numbers end with: 052 010, 062 010, 082 010 and 122 010.
