WASHINGTON, March 12, 2019 Carnivore Meat Company, LLC, a Franklin, Tenn. establishment, is recalling approximately 379 pounds of raw ground beef and pork sausage products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. The raw ground beef and pork sausage products were produced on Jan. 8, Jan. 28 and Feb. 7, 2019. The products subject to recall bear establishment number EST. 45742 inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations in Florida and Georgia.
