The recalled products are 50-gram packages of "Crispy Fish Skin Crackers, Salted Egg," "Fish Skin Crackers, Spicy Flavour," "UN CHI Crisp Fish Skin, Wasabi Flavour," and "UN CHI Crisp Fish Skin, Laver Flavour" that were shipped to retail locations in California. The problem was discovered during routine FSIS surveillance, and there have been no confirmed reports of illness or injury from these products.
According to the recall notice, consumers who have purchased these products should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase and should not consume them. The following products are subject to recall are [ view labels ]: 50-g plastic bag packages containing “CRISPY FISH SKIN CRACKERS, SALTED EGG.” 50-g plastic bag packages containing “FISH SKIN CRACKERS, SPICY FLAVOUR” 50-g plastic bag packages containing “UN CHI CRISP FISH SKIN, Wasabi Flavour” 50-g plastic bag packages containing “UN CHI CRISP FISH SKIN, Laver Flavour.” These items were shipped to retail locations in California. The problem was discovered during routine FSIS surveillance activities of imported products in commerce. There have been no confirmed reports of illness or injury due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an illness or injury should contact a health care provider.
