Reason for recall: Possible Hepatitis A contamination. Distribution: Product was sent to nine distributors in the states of Indiana, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, California and Utah. (The distribution center in Indiana further distributed the product to eight Kroger distribution centers.)
