Nestlé's Gerber brand is voluntarily recalling two batches of Gerber Organic 2nd Foods pouches in the varieties Pears, Carrots & Peas and Carrots, Apples & Mangoes. The recalled products may have air holes in their packaging, which could allow mold and yeast to grow in the food, potentially causing an off smell and taste. Batch 51945335XX (manufactured July 13, 2015, best by July 12, 2016) contains 86,353 pouches, and batch 51955335XX (manufactured July 14, 2015, best by July 13, 2016) contains 36,840 pouches. The affected products were distributed across 41 U.S. states.
