Ahold U.S.A., Inc. recalled three frozen whole kernel sweet corn products in 16 oz. plastic bags sold under the Stop & Shop, GIANT/MARTIN'S, and Giant brand names after the Virginia Department of Agriculture found that one of three retail samples tested positive for Listeria Monocytogenes on November 13, 2017. The affected products have a best-by date of October 2019 and lot code B7 276 2, were produced in Canada, and were distributed to retail locations through various C&S warehouse accounts in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts, totaling 3,793 cases.
