Lifeline Systems Company has recalled 20,201 Model FD100 HomeSafe AutoAlert Pendants distributed in the US and Canada. These pendants work with compatible Lifeline communicators but contain a programming error that can disable the fall detection feature. The affected units have Reference Numbers 300000219841 or 300000219851 with R or UR prefixes and were remanufactured between July 28, 2017 and November 6, 2017.
