Dynex Technologies is recalling 218 units of the Dynex Agility and Agility Analyzer (Model No. 67000) with software version v1.4.3 due to a software defect that causes control samples to be aspirated from the wrong SmartKit. This error could result in using a control sample from a different assay's SmartKit instead of the correct control, potentially leading to delayed patient results.
