What happened

Philips Allura Xper FD series imaging systems used for vascular, cardiovascular, and neurovascular procedures have a safety defect involving set screws that secure extra monitors mounted on the ceiling suspension structure. These screws can loosen, causing the monitors to disengage and fall, which could injure patients, operators, or service engineers and potentially require medical intervention.
