Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing is recalling certain 2002-2017 Toyota and Lexus vehicles that previously had driver or passenger frontal airbag inflators replaced under an earlier recall. The replacement inflators may explode due to propellant degradation from long-term exposure to high humidity, temperature, and temperature cycling.
