Toyota is recalling certain 2018 Toyota CH-R vehicles because the electronic parking brake may not operate properly, potentially failing to disengage after being applied or preventing it from being applied at all. If the parking brake cannot be applied, there is an increased risk that the vehicle could roll away if parked on a hill without being placed into "Park." These vehicles do not comply with federal brake system safety standards.
