2013 OREION REEPER; 2011 OREION REEPER; 2012 OREION REEPER
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Oreion Motors is recalling certain 2011-2013 model year Reeper low-speed vehicles because they have three safety issues: the vehicles can exceed the maximum permitted speed of 25 mph, they lack required red reflectors on the rear, and the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating listed on the certification label is incorrect. These defects increase the risk of a crash and fail to meet federal safety standards for low-speed vehicles.
Oreion Motors will notify owners and mail them replacement reflectors and new certification labels at no cost. Dealers will also install a revised speed limiter free of charge. Affected consumers should contact Oreion Motors at 1-505-916-1206 to arrange service.
