A liquid product for electronic cigarettes sold under the brand NOBACCO, with a cherry flavor in 20ml bottles marked "0 mg," has been recalled because the product label falsely states it contains no nicotine. Testing revealed the liquid actually contains approximately 8mg/g of nicotine. This mislabeling poses serious health risks, particularly for vulnerable populations and consumers with medical conditions who may unknowingly inhale nicotine, believing they are using a nicotine-free product. The product fails to comply with Directive 1999/45/EC regarding the classification, packaging, and labeling of dangerous preparations.
