Toyota is recalling certain Hiace and Land Cruiser Prado passenger vehicles equipped with diesel engines due to a fuel pipe connection issue. The fuel pipe connecting the fuel pump to the main fuel pipe may loosen due to engine vibrations because of incorrect tightening instructions. If the fuel pipe loosens, fuel may leak, which could cause the engine to stall and increase the risk of an accident.
