This recall involves MOTTEZ rear-mounted bicycle racks designed to hold 4 bicycles and attach to vehicle roof rails with additional boot support. The plastic grips that hold the supporting arms in place can break, potentially causing the arms to collapse and leading to an accident. Two incidents have been reported. The affected models are the A014PPO (serial numbers 069353, 102790, 139694, 188845, 218112, 235020) and A014PPO NM New Model (serial number 308694), which is also sold in France as model FEU VERT B4.
