ELSY Spa is recalling children's winter jackets (Model Mod 4203 tender art ot31) in white or silver for ages 7–14 years due to strangulation and suffocation hazards. The jacket features multiple problematic cords: four functional cords in the neck area measuring 250mm at the front and 210mm at the back (far exceeding the 75mm safety limit), fixed cords with toggles on the pockets measuring over 180mm, and unsealed silver cords that are not prevented from fraying. The cords have three-dimensional embellishments and free ends, and the jacket has fixed loops protruding more than 75mm. These design features do not comply with the European safety standard EN 14682.
