The Koleso Fish Ring (INTEX®, The wet set®) inflatable swim ring, model #59212 measuring 81x80 cm, has been recalled due to excessive levels of DINP (a type of phthalate) in multiple components. The valve contains 6.1% DINP by weight, the transparent plastic foil with printing contains 23.8% DINP by weight, and the blue plastic foil contains 21.7% DINP by weight. According to EU Directive 2005/84/EC, phthalates are prohibited in toys and children's care products at concentrations above 0.1% by weight. The product poses a serious health risk to children.

Toy- inflatable ring in shape and plotting of a fish made of softened PVC, size 81x80 cm, the top is yellow-blue-green, the bottom is blue with safety warnings in various languages. The toy is packed in a paper box with a coloured printing with a picture of two models in the front and marking on the back.
