A toy special agent set containing a gun, darts with suction cups, whistle, imitation grenade, binoculars, handcuffs, walkie-talkie, and badge has been recalled because it poses risks of injury and choking. The whistle can fit entirely into a small parts cylinder, and the suction cups can be easily detached. The product does not meet safety requirements under the Toys Directive and European standard EN 71.

The packaging has a CE-mark, a pictogram concerning age 0-3 restriction and the following information in Polish on a sticker: name and address of the importer.
