Expanding toy sea creatures branded "Colored growing" by Hing Fat are being recalled because they expand significantly in water—between 55% and 165% within 72 hours—creating a choking hazard. The toys do not meet requirements of the Toys Directive and European standard EN 71. The product line includes eight different sea creatures (seahorse, shell, shark, ray, spotted shark, crab, starfish, and seal) in various colors, each packaged in a transparent plastic bag with a cardboard label. The packaging bears a CE mark, model number 514, and EAN 7523542005140, along with warnings stating the toys are not intended for children under 3 years and that dimensions may extend up to 600%.
