They are imported by "Five Stars 96" Ltd. and manufactured in China. The lighters are attractive to children under 51 months old due to their unusual pen-like appearance, and they pose a risk of fire and burns. The products do not comply with the European standard EN 13869 for lighter safety.

Plastic lighters, 8 cm long, which resemble a pen, with a button for controlling the flame, different decorations and a built-in LED torch, which is activated by means of turning. The label contains the following information: importer – “Five Stars 96” Ltd., producer China, name of the product – lighter. On the lighters there is an inscription: “Keep out of reach of children. Contains gas under pressure. Make sure that the flame has been extinguished after use. Keep away from the face and the clothes. Do not make holes in it and do not throw it into fire. When using it do not expose it to sunlight or temperature of 60 С.
