Disposable lighters branded "Kai Kai" are being recalled because they do not have adequate child safety features required by the European safety standard EN ISO 13869. These opaque plastic lighters in various colors come with a flame-generating button, flame regulation, recharge option, and a lamp button. The lighters are sold in packs of 25 and were imported into Bulgaria from China. The hazard poses a risk of burns and fire.
