A toy double-barrelled gun made of hard plastic in yellow, green, dark blue, and orange has been recalled because its suction cups can detach from the included darts during normal use, creating a choking hazard. The product comes with 6 soft plastic darts with suction cups and 4 shells, packaged in a cardboard box. The recalled model is identified by EAN number 5907791541185 and art. No. 9236, and was made in China. Although the packaging warns that the toy is not intended for children under 3 years due to small parts, the product fails to comply with the Toys Directive and the European standard EN 71.

On the packaging there are markings and information as follows: “CE mark”, the name and address of the importer, and distributor, “Made in China”, EAN number, pictogram “not intended for children “0-3” and written information “not intended for children under 3 years due to small parts, which can be swallowed."
