This recall involves a plastic toy locomotive called "Happy Childhood" (Model No. 925T, Barcode 6902758149687) intended for children ages 2 and up. The toy is made of hard colored plastic with shape-sorting cutouts on each side where children insert 10 different colored plastic forms with letters. The product poses two safety hazards: small plastic parts can detach and fit entirely into a child's mouth, creating a choking risk, and the hard plastic edges have rough areas that can cause injuries. Plastic toy locomotive. The toy is made from different coloured hard plastic. Each side has cut-outs in various shapes for inserting 10 different coloured plastic forms with letters. On the locomotive are stickers, a label in English with the inscription: “Happy Childhood 2+ Collect all these exciting new set. Flight Toys Fashionably Colored“, a CE mark and information concerning disposal of waste. On the other side of the label is the following information in Lithuanian: Toy code: 04010114968, country of origin of product – China, information about the importer, a warning that the toy should only be used under the supervision of an adult. On the packaging there is information concerning the target age group of the toy, a warning that the packaging is not a toy and should be removed before giving the toy to a child.
