SI TECH dry suit inflation hoses sold between June 26, 2006 and February 26, 2009 are subject to a voluntary recall by the manufacturer. These hoses contain a flow restriction orifice insert (black, blue, or green) that may dislodge and obstruct airflow in connected devices such as regulators, potentially reducing breathing air during diving. The affected model numbers are 30115-00800, 32120-30800, and 32510-00800, with batch codes between VIE-YF8 and YF9-ZBD marked on the UNF 3/8" end. The hoses containing the affected part were sold during the period: 26 June 2006 – 26 February 2009. The insert is black, blue or green. Model: Model no: 30115-00800, 32120-30800, 32510-00800.
