The blouses feature decorative appliqués including flowers with leaves and sequins on the front, as well as plastic flowers glued onto pockets. Testing found that the flower and some sequins can be easily detached and swallowed. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71. The blouses are typically packed in cellophane bags with 12 items per bag and come with labels bearing information in a foreign language.
