When children remove the suction cap from these toys, the suction cup itself becomes a choking risk. Children typically suck on the suction cups to moisten them so they stick better to surfaces. A 4-year-old child died from asphyxiation caused by a suction cup from an arrow toy. These products do not comply with the Toys Directive and European Standard requirements.
