Consumers with affected pressure washers should immediately stop using the unit unless they have removed the rechargeable battery. According to the recall notice, consumers should contact Generac to arrange a free replacement of the start/stop switch at an authorized dealer. The pressure washer may continue to be used with the battery removed by using the pull-start option instead.
