Fisher-Price is recalling specific models of 4-in-1 Rock 'n Glide Soothers and 2-in-1 Soothe 'n Play Gliders due to a suffocation hazard. The recalled products include model numbers CHP56, CHP55, CBT81, GDD28, GDD39, GDD41, GGW85, GNX43, GVG43, HBD26, HBD27, and HBT17 (Canada only). These products have two modes—a powered glider seat and an infant rocker—that can move in a head-to-toe or side-to-side motion. The hazard occurs when infants placed unrestrained in the product end up on their stomach, creating a suffocation risk. The recall was initiated after four infant deaths.
