Target has recalled Cat & Jack Baby Heart Ears Rompers in sizes newborn through 24 months due to a choking hazard. The heart-shaped graphics on the knees of these rompers can peel off or detach. The affected rompers are gray with red trim, red hearts on the knees and hood, red and white-striped hood lining, and leg snaps. The product item numbers range from 206-09-6476 through 206-09-6482, which can be found on the white tag inside the romper.

Consumers who have purchased these rompers should immediately remove them from children and return them to any Target store for a full refund. Those who purchased the romper on Target.com can contact Target to receive a prepaid return label for mailing the item back.
