What happened

Morpher flat-folding bicycle helmets are being recalled because they do not comply with federal safety standards for bicycle helmets, creating a risk of head injury. The helmets came in one size fitting head circumferences from 52 cm to 58 cm (20.5 to 22.8 inches) and were sold in various colors including black, gray, red, silver, white, and yellow, with a storage bag included.
