What happened

Flybar is recalling Swurfer brand Kiwi Baby and Toddler Swings because the plastic stopper at the bottom of the swing rope can detach, which could cause a child to fall. The affected swings are plastic and come in green, blue, and pink. They measure approximately 15 inches wide by 10 inches deep and 20 inches high, weigh about 4 pounds, and attach to swing sets or tree branches. The swings have "FlyBar, Inc." and "Kiwi Swing SSW-0005" printed on the underside and an August 2019 manufacture date code embossed on the back.

Consumers who own these swings should stop using them immediately and contact Flybar for repair instructions.
