United National Closeout Stores is recalling Ontel ISO7X isometric exercise devices that were originally recalled in April 2014 but were subsequently resold at Burlington Stores after that date. The approximately 3-foot-long devices feature hard plastic black handle grips on each end, two black nylon straps along the center metal shaft, and the recall applies only to those with black handle grips. During use, the handle grips can break and cause parts to be forcefully ejected from the shaft, potentially injuring the user or a bystander.
