What happened

Heat Hero is recalling its 350W portable plug-in ceramic space heaters due to a fire and burn hazard. The recalled heaters are black units measuring approximately 10 inches tall and 5 inches wide, featuring an LED digital temperature display with four control buttons on top, a front grill, a red on/off button on the right side, a three-prong plug on the back, and a bottom vent. These heaters can overheat, smoke, and catch fire, creating serious safety risks to consumers.

According to the recall notice, consumers who own these heaters should immediately stop using them and contact Heat Hero for a free replacement unit, with shipping included. Heat Hero states it is contacting all known purchasers directly regarding this recall.
