Harbor Freight Tools is recalling two models of Greenwood-branded propane torches because the trigger that controls the flame can fail to disengage when released, creating a burn hazard. The recall affects torches with SKU number 61589 (without igniter) and SKU number 61595 (with push button igniter). These torches have a steel nozzle, flow valve, blue grip, and black or orange hose. Only torches without markings on the handles or brass knobs are included in the recall, and the SKU number can be found on a sticker on the pipe leading to the nozzle, on the product packaging, or in the manual.
According to the recall, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled torches and return them to any Harbor Freight Tools location for a free replacement propane torch.
