Woodcraft has recalled clip-on adapter plates for motorcycle handlebars that are compatible with certain Yamaha FZ07 (2015-2018) and Ducati Monster (821 and 1200, 2014-2016) motorcycles. The adapter plates, which are the center component of assemblies used to convert handlebars to an adjustable clip-on style setup for street or track riding, can crack and fail, creating a crash hazard. The recalled plates are black with "Woodcraft" printed on them and are identified by part numbers 12-0407AP, 12-1407, 12-2407, 12-1630, 12-1631, 12-2630, or 12-2631, which can be found on the left end side of the packaging.

This recall involves Woodcraft clip-on on adapter plates.
