Arctic Cat is recalling certain Pantera snowmobiles because the handgrip can break, creating an injury hazard to riders. The recall affects all 2018 Pantera models (3000s, 6000s, and 7000s) and 2019 Pantera models (3000, 6000, and 7000) with VINs between 100529 and 100848. The snowmobiles can be identified by "PANTERA," "ARCTIC CAT," and the model number printed on both sides of the engine cowling. On 2019 models, the VIN is located on the side of the tunnel near the right footrest area.
Consumers who own affected snowmobiles should immediately stop using them and contact Arctic Cat to schedule a free repair. Arctic Cat is directly contacting all known purchasers of the recalled snowmobiles.

It also involves 2019 Pantera 3000, 6000 and 7000 model snowmobiles within the VIN range of 100529 through 100848.
