What happened

VTech has recalled Lights & Lullabies Travel mobiles in blue and pink (model numbers 80-503000 and 80-503050) because the clamp that attaches the mobile to a crib rail can break, causing the mobile to fall onto an infant. The pink version was sold exclusively at Amazon.com, while the blue version was sold through other retailers. The mobile features a plastic arm with a clamp, three hanging star attachments, and plays music, nature sounds, and nursery rhymes. Model numbers are located on the battery compartment door.

Consumers who own one of these recalled mobiles should immediately stop using it and contact VTech for either a full refund or a replacement product.
