What happened

Hallmark has recalled itty bittys baby Disney-licensed plush animal stacking toys measuring 10 inches by 7.5 inches by 9.5 inches. The toys consist of a yellow base stand with a post and four colored rattling rings (red, blue, pink, and purple) that slide on and off. Three of the four rings feature Disney characters—Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, or Daisy Duck—wearing small plush fabric hats or bows. The recalled toys have a Hallmark logo and "itty bittys" tag sewn to the base.

The fabric hats and bows on these toys can detach, creating a choking hazard for children.
