Textron Specialized Vehicles is recalling Bad Boy XTO and Bone Collector XTO model off-road utility vehicles because they lack seat belts. These four-wheeled, battery-powered vehicles have a bench seat for a driver and one passenger in front and a two-passenger rear-facing bench seat in back. One death and one injury have been reported related to this hazard. The recalled vehicles have serial numbers ranging from 8000020 through 8004934, which can be found on the steering column connected to the wheel. The vehicles were sold in camouflage, black, white, forest green, flame red, and patriot blue.
