What happened

WakaWaka has recalled its Adapter Kits, which are black electrical adapter sets designed to charge equipment using AC current. Each kit includes an adapter, U.S. and European-style plugs, a USB cable, and ten different types of connectors. The adapter is labeled "Travel Charger, Input 180-240VAC, 50-60Hz, 0.2A, Output 5.0V-500mA" on the front. The kits pose risks of fire due to overheating and electrical shock because the plastic shell can open and expose internal components.
