Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Husqvarna is recalling approximately 1,800 gasoline hedge trimmers due to a hazard involving loosening screws. The screws that hold the gearcase to the crankcase can loosen on these trimmers, which could expose the clutch and allow loose internal parts to fly out and strike the operator or bystanders. The affected trimmers are about 41 inches long, branded Husqvarna model 225H, with serial numbers ranging from 6500001 through 7330009. These units were sold by independent outdoor power product dealers from February 1997 through September 1997 for approximately $400. CPSC and Husqvarna have not received any reports of injuries from these trimmers.

Consumers who own an affected trimmer should immediately stop using it and return it to their nearest Husqvarna dealer. The dealer will inspect the unit for damage and either repair or replace it at no cost. To find the nearest dealer, consumers should call Husqvarna Forest & Garden Co. toll-free at (800) 438-7297 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EDT Monday through Friday.
