What happened

Loomco International is recalling approximately 10,000 Holiday Brass Candle Lamps (item number 95062) that were manufactured by Kobitz in Taiwan and sold during last year's holiday season. The lamps are eight or nine inches tall with UL-listed cords and seven-watt bulbs, and were sold under brand names including "Trimmings, Etc." and "Handcrafted in Taiwan for Bradlees Department Stores" for about $3 each. The recall was issued because conductor wires attached to the light bulb socket may easily pull out during use, creating a potential electrocution hazard.

Consumers who purchased these lamps should return them to the store where they were bought for a refund, or mail them to Loomco International at P.O. Box 34, Transfer, PA 16154, including information about where the lamps were purchased. Loomco will refund all postage costs. For additional information, consumers can call 412-646-2550.
