The recalled products include three models: Disney Babies Toddletime Support Sack (Lot No. 341-5025), Sleepy Time Bears Toddletime Support Sack (Lot No. 341-5525), and Sesame Street Support Sack (Lot No. 331-5625). These cushions were sold nationwide in J.C. Penney stores for approximately $16.00 to $17.00. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has received 19 reports of infants found dead lying face-down on similar bean bag infant cushions, though none of those deaths involved J.C. Penney products.
Consumers who have purchased these recalled Support Sacks should stop using them immediately and return them to any J.C. Penney store for a full refund.

Penney Company, Inc., Dallas, TX, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling approximately 4,700 of its "Support Sack" infant cushions because of a suffocation risk. CPSC has received 19 reports that an infant was found dead lying face-down on similar bean bag infant cushions. None of the reported deaths involve products sold by J.C. Penney. The Support Sacks that J. C. Penney is recalling are the following: Description: Retail Lot No.: Disney Babies Toddletime Support Sack 341-5025 Sleepy Time Bears Toddletime Support Sack 341-5525 Sesame Street Support Sack 331-5625 These were sold nationwide in J. C. Penney stores for approximately $16.00 - $17.00. J.C. Penney and CPSC staff urge consumers to stop using the above listed products immediately and return them to any J. C. Penney store for a full refund
