What happened

Seventy Two Inc. is recalling children's hooded sweatshirts sold exclusively at Nordstrom stores because they contain drawstrings through the hood that pose a strangulation hazard to children. The recalled sweatshirts are Bonafide Love brand reversible hoodies available in two styles: a hearts and stars design (green on one side with a pink heart surrounded by stars, and hot pink with light pink dots on the reverse) and a robots design (gray with robot and pink heart drawings on one side, and a gray and black striped zebra-like pattern on the reverse). The Bonafide Love label is sewn into the collar of the garments.

Consumers who have purchased these sweatshirts should immediately remove the drawstrings to eliminate the hazard or return the sweatshirts to Nordstrom or Seventy Two for a full refund.

This recall involves the Bonafide Love children's hooded sweatshirts. The sweatshirts are reversible and come in two styles. The hearts and stars style is green and in the front has a heart surrounded by pink stars. On the reverse, it is hot pink with light pink dots. The Robots style is gray with drawings of robots and pink hearts. On the reverse, it has a zebra-like pattern with gray and black stripes. "Bonafide Love" is printed on a label sewn into the collar.
