What happened

Wal-Mart is recalling stuffed Christmas beagles because red pompoms attached to a green wreath near the dog's mouth can detach, creating a choking hazard for young children. The recalled stuffed animal is a brown and white beagle standing 7 inches tall and 5 inches long, wearing a red scarf and Santa hat with red and white striped trim. The product is identified by the "Holiday Time™" brand name on its hang tag and UPC number 8 85271 90780 3 printed on the sewn-in label.
